Given this month’s awards, we decided to let a few customer service tweeps speak for themselves. We’re also pleased to announce we’ve put the real estate mantra of “location, location, location” into practice and secured www.twitter.com/CRM for CRM magazine. Not to worry, though: Our original, www.twitter.com/destinationCRM, is still there, handling live-twittering and blogposts. We’ll be monitoring both, of course, but to reach us directly, start your tweet with @CRM.

@DellOutlet:
@Cruleworld It should show up when it leaves the building. If you want to DM StefanieatDell your order #, I can look it up for you.

@Starbucks:
@vampgirl082 If you had your Gold Card registered, you can get it replaced. Call us at 1-800-STARBUC

@PopeyesChicken:
@BrentLeary So thrilled you came by today! Looking forward to seeing you again on Monday!
