Kelly Liyakasa covers sales and enterprise strategy at CRM magazine. She is responsible for writing features, case studies, news, news analysis, and blogs pertaining to the CRM sphere.

Most recently, Kelly served as a business reporter and photographer for the Westchester County Business Journal, covering everything from retail to commercial real estate.
