Yesware Expands Sales Productivity Solution

Yesware has expanded its feature set to integrate Google Maps and multiple CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, SugarCRM, Salesforce.com, and Oracle CRM into its sales productivity service for Gmail and Google Chrome users.

Yesware provides email analytics, customizable templates, and reporting capabilities specifically for sales reps. By using Yesware, IaaS provider Atlantic Metro Communications gained actionable insight into email subject lines, which resulted in more emails being opened by recipients.

New Yesware features include:

  • The ability to set daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals tailored to how many calls and deal closings a rep incurs;
  • Upgraded tracking capabilities including team tracking, which lets a sales team monitor its performance and reach;
  • Priority messaging reports that let reps see which emails are read and forwarded and what links are clicked and how many times;
  • Integration with Google Maps that tracks where a message was opened, read, and forwarded.

Yesware now syncs with Gmail and Android devices. Matthew Bellows, CEO of Yesware, expects Yesware to introduce an Outlook synchronization for the email tool in the coming year, and to continue working on prototypes "that help salespeople close more deals faster."
