Corporate Visions Acquires WhiteboardSelling
Sales and marketing messaging company Corporate Visions has acquired WhiteboardSelling, a sales enablement solutions company, for an undisclosed amount.
WhiteboardSelling was founded in 2007 to provide salespeople with visual storytelling tools in order to personalize and simplify their pitches.
"Our solutions perfectly align with Corporate Visions' focus on differentiating customer conversations because [they] help marketing develop messages and tools that the [salespeople] will actually use to tell a better story," said Corey Summers, a cofounder of WhiteboardSelling, in a statement. "It also gives salespeople a simple, repeatable process so they can gain greater confidence that they can create a differentiated experience in the buying cycle."
Corporate Visions, which counts ADP, Dell, and Dow Jones as customers, recently launched Power Tools for Demand Generation, high-impact messaging tools combining visual storytelling techniques with things like video modules and first-call conversation coaching prompters for sales reps. Companies use Corporate Visions to deploy tools that aid in critical steps in the buying cycle and which train salespeople to tell a more compelling product story.
"Whiteboarding is really a process of building differentiated messaging, putting it in a differentiated tool, and differentiating the delivery of that story, whether it's over the Web or in person," said Tim Riesterer, chief strategy and marketing officer for Corporate Visions.
