Deloitte Digital Announces CloudMix Enhancements
Deloitte Digital recently announced updates to its CloudMix services solution that include expanded integrations with Salesforce Service Cloud and NetSuite. The solution, which connects various cloud technology providers in a single cloud ecosystem that delivers marketing, sales, order management, finance, and customer service capabilities, aims to assist companies by reducing overall cost of ownership and providing a seamless end-to-end user experience.
The updates include additional features for several solutions. The integration with Salesforce Service Cloud now includes extended knowledge crawler and dual-monitor service console capabilities. Additionally, CloudMix now draws on NetSuite's Enterprise Resource Planning services, connects with Apttus for product configuration and pricing, and uses MuleSoft for delivering prepackaged cloud integrations.
Other enhancements focus on streamlining the overall process of running a business in the cloud. Improved cloud–to–on-premise integration with legacy ERP platforms, as well as tweet-to-cash and professional risk management services, all aim to simplify business operations. Furthermore, Deloitte Digital looks to provide quick deployment while complying with industry standards

"These new enhancements meet our clients' needs through a tweet-to-cash offering that includes cloud-based, e-commerce capabilities."
