Indicee Unveils Indicee Analytics for Salesforce Chatter
Indicee, the provider of business intelligence platforms delivered as software-as-a-service, has launched its Indicee Analytics app for the Salesforce Chatter collaboration tool on Salesforce.com's AppExchange. The app is designed to help companies gain insight into conversations, track and measure interactions, highlight key contributors, and identify trends within the Salesforce user dashboard.
"Turning on a collaborative tool can be intimidating for many companies. Indicee helps employers measure their employees' adoption of Chatter to find out if it's being used successfully," says Graham Ross, vice president of product management at Indicee. "Indicee Analytics answers questions like who is using Chatter? How are people using it? Who is being mentioned, followed, or is just making noise?"
Highlights of Indicee Analytics's features are as follows:
- Discover whether adoption peaked, dipped or grown, and why. Companies can identify and measure KPIs for Chatter, then pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Indicee Analytics for Chatter allows companies to identify, incentivize and reward collaboration.
- Identify and utilize power users, influencers, top content, ideas and engagement trends to measure users' social potential.
Launched in 2010, Chatter is still young, acknowledges Bruce Bancroft, vice president of business development at Indicee. In terms of providing a tool that helps clients enhance their use of Chatter, Indicee is "testing the waters," he says.
"Chatter is still new, but social analytics will be the new way employees talk to each other," Bancroft maintains. "[Future releases] will also help them find out who's making the most deals in the company. Are salespeople reaching out to the right organizations? Are we delivering products fast enough? Showing employers who's using Chatter is only the beginning."
