Madison Logic Acquires Internal Results

Madison Logic has acquired Internal Results, a provider of B2B lead generation solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition brings together two entities to create a streamlined organization capable of executing global media and marketing campaigns. The move provides B2B marketers with a combined database of contacts and companies.

"Internal Results provides a valuable data set that allows us to better serve the ABM needs of our growing roster of global B2B clients," said Tom O'Regan, CEO of Madison Logic, in a statement. "Bringing together Internal Results' database with Madison Logic's B2B data will give marketers unprecedented reach and access to the most comprehensive solutions available."

"Madison Logic's technology platform and proprietary B2B data will help us add to our product set and ultimately enhance our effectiveness in placing campaigns for our customers," said Chris Whife, co-founder of Internal Results, in a statement.
