NewVoiceMedia Partners With Fliptop on Lead Conversion Solution

NewVoiceMedia, a provider of omnichannel cloud customer contact technology for Salesforce users, today announced a partnership with predictive analytics company Fliptop to enable NVMs ContactWorld for Sales customers to boost sales performance through the integration of advanced predictive lead scoring.

NewVoiceMedia's outbound sales solution works alongside Fliptop technology to score leads and opportunities based on more than 5,000 internal and external data points to automatically create calling lists prioritized by lead quality.

NVM's ContactWorld dynamic dialer instantly puts the strongest opportunities to the top of the calling list and continues to refresh the dial list based on the latest customer interactions.  It also automates the dialing and call logging process in Salesforce.
