TeamSupport, Experian QAS Join the Oracle Cloud Marketplace

TeamSupport.com, a provider of collaborative help desk software suites for customer support, and Experian QAS, a provider of contact data management software and services, have released their products on the new Oracle Cloud Marketplace.

The Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a global marketplace where partners can publish applications and customers can browse through and discover new solutions that extend Oracle Cloud SaaS applications to address their business needs.

TeamSupport is a SaaS-based customer support suite that facilitates solving customer issues by focusing on communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing between internal support team members and other constituents within the company.

"TeamSupport is committed to helping customer support and help desk teams serve their customers better, faster, and with greater collaboration," said Robert Johnson, CEO of TeamSupport, in a statement. "TeamSupport's participation in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace further extends our reach into the Oracle community and enables customers to easily reap the benefits of our collaborative help desk software."

Experian QAS data quality software connects with the Oracle Sales Cloud to address information at the point of capture. The product is expected to help Oracle Sales Cloud users to maintain more accurate data quality for improved business intelligence and analytics within their SaaS environment.

"With the increasing importance of data-driven efforts, organizations need to be certain they maintain data accuracy within their SaaS environment," said David Northridge, vice president of client retention at Experian QAS, in a statement. "We are excited to participate in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace to extend our reach into the Oracle community further and help its clients improve their data quality."

Experian's new interactive address verification will fully standardize and verify U.S. and Canadian addresses in real time. CRM users will be prompted to update missing address details while the contact is still engaged, providing an opportunity to ensure an accurate address is captured each time.

Products available in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace include channel management, lead generation, data quality, reporting, and productivity tools, in addition to more robust solutions. such as quoting, contract management, forecasting, sale incentives, and compensation management.
