ClickFuel Releases Mobile App for SMB Customers

ClickFuel, the provider of Fuel Station, a marketing analytics and performance management solution for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), announced the release of its iOS mobile app, Market Link. Available at the App Store today, the new lead-tracking tool allows account managers at ClickFuel's media partners to enable their SMB customers to manage their sales and marketing campaigns at any time and from remote locations.

"Traditionally, SMBs have relied on actively checking voicemails, forms, and emails for leads. Now, smartphones enable in-the-moment responses to potential new business, even while the owner is out of the office," Paul Neilson, chief technology officer and chief product officer of ClickFuel, said in a statement. "Market Link also provides SMBs with the insights to determine which marketing campaigns are bringing in the most leads, allowing them to adjust marketing spend as needed."

With the new mobile application, SMB mobile users can review, rate, and respond to voicemail, forms, and email leads directly from the app; view marketing campaign results such as search engine marketing click-through rate and search engine optimization keyword ratings to quickly determine the effectiveness of each digital campaign; and view incoming Web site traffic visits, bounces and bounce rate, as well as add notes to each lead, which sync automatically with the ClickFuel analytics desktop dashboard.

"With the growth of social media and mobile, business moves fast. For small business owners, taking too long to respond to a potential customer could mean losing money, which could be detrimental to the growth of the business," ClickFuel CEO Steve Pogorzelski says. "Our app helps SMBs track, grade, and respond to incoming leads, and provides them with a great tool to help grow businesses on the go."

ClickFuel also made headlines recently for its partnership with VirKet, a provider of performance-based digital marketing technology based in Mexico City, Mexico. Through this connection, ClickFuel will deploy the first Spanish version of Fuel Station.

"The partnership benefits both companies because the integration of our two platforms provides both publishers and SMBs alike with a comprehensive set of best-in-class products and services," Pogorzelski says. "Through this cornerstone partnership with VirKet, we can now offer our marketing analytics dashboard to publishing companies and SMB customers in Latin America, supporting our company's strategic growth plan to expand our customer base and presence in Latin American markets."
