VoIPstudio Puts CTI Connector in the Oracle Cloud

VoIPstudio, a provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Session Initial Protocol (SIP) communications and a gold-level member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has made its CTI Connector available in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace, offering added value to Oracle Sales Cloud customers.

The VoIPstudio CTI Connector enables computer telephony integration (CTI) of customer relationship management (CRM) activities. The connector for Oracle Sales Cloud can be used for both outbound (click-to-call) and inbound connections (incoming caller screening).
