Seismic Unveils AI Agents for Sales Teams at Its Shift Event

Seismic today at its Seismic Shift 2026 conference in San Diego launched several products that help teams act on trusted go-to-market (GTM) insights across the revenue process. The announcements include Deal Agent and Library Agent, ecosystem integrations, expanded MCP-powered workflows under Seismic Everywhere, and Seismic Context Graph, to connect GTM activity with business outcomes in a single view.

"AI gives teams speed, but speed without control is not a growth strategy," said Rob Tarkoff, CEO of Seismic. "Seismic is bringing trusted content and context, role-based agents and actionable guidance into the systems people already use, with governance built into every step. That's how we turn preparation into performance and help teams act in the moments that matter."

With Seismic AI, organizations gain greater control over how AI experiences are branded, governed, and managed, with support for multiple agents, languages, and models. Grounded in each organization's own governed content, customer interactions, and engagement signals, it uses real company context to power AI experiences across the platform.

Seismic's growing portfolio of role-based agents puts that context to work by automating complex, time-intensive tasks. The following two agents were introduced at Shift:

  • Deal Agent, now available in both the Highspot by Seismic and Seismic platforms, brings together CRM activity, meetings, emails, and buyer engagement to give a complete view of deal context. It surfaces risks, missing stakeholders, and next-best actions.
  • Library Agent helps keep company knowledge current and governed. It identifies outdated, conflicting, or missing messaging and helps teams manage metadata, content controls, and expiration. The agent surfaces recommended changes for review and approval before updating content.

Seismic Everywhere brings Seismic content, intelligence, permissions, workflows, and agents into the tools revenue teams already use. Seismic's MCP server and headless architecture make these capabilities available through leading AI models and assistants from Anthropic, Open AI, Google, and Meta.

Seismic announced integrations across key points of go-to-market execution that bring its content, guidance and workflows into more of the systems revenue teams use, including the following:

  • Canva: Bring Canva assets into Seismic to maintain a single source of truth for marketing-approved materials and use them across Seismic engagement workflows.
  • ServiceNow: Enrich Seismic experiences with ServiceNow Sales CRM data and connect workflows across both platforms through an AI orchestration layer.
  • Microsoft: Surface governed Seismic content in Microsoft 365 Copilot chats through the Microsoft 365 Copilot connector.
  • Slack: Access Seismic content and take action within Slack conversations, including creating a Digital Sales Room.

Seismic also demonstrated Context Graph, an intelligence layer that builds on the context customers already have through governed content, agents, and Seismic Everywhere. It will connect people, content, customer interactions, behaviors, and outcomes in a unified view.
