PandaDoc Integrates with Pipedrive CRM
PandaDoc has integrated its contract workflow solution into Pipedrive CRM, allowing sales representatives to create and send sales proposals, contracts, and invoices without ever leaving Pipedrive. In addition, sales representatives can better understand a prospect's activity within a sales document.
The new workflow, made possible by a Chrome extension, allows sales representatives to generate new contracts or leverage pre-existing templates and merge data directly from the Pipedrive CRM system into these documents. From there, PandaDoc's analytics capabilities allow sales representatives to see directly from from within Pipedrive whether a contract has been viewed; what sections the prospect might be focusing in on; and areas where the prospect might have questions or comments.
"Access to prospects' sales collateral engagement from within a CRM system is invaluable," said Jared Fuller, PandaDoc's head of partnerships, in a statement. "For example, we've found that more than 30 percent of documents are signed within one hour of being opened, and upwards of 70 percent are signed within the first 24 hours. Sales pros know that follow-ups in a sales cycle are best leveraged swiftly after a potential customer has engaged with your collateral. Being able to see when your documents are viewed inside of Pipedrive, as well as what document areas prospects may be zeroing in on, can give sales representatives an advantage in closing deals.
"This partnership provides a simple workflow that streamlines the sales funnel, creates engaging content, and empowers sales teams to close more deals, faster," Fuller added.
Previous integrations have paired PandaDoc with Zendesk, Pipeliner CRM, and Salesforce.
