Pipeliner CRM Integrates With PandaDoc for Contract Management
The integration merges pipeline management and document analytics.

Pipeliner CRM announced today integration with PandaDoc contract management software.

With PandaDoc, Pipeliner CRM customers can offer paperless eSignature proposals via a solution that enables them to track their sales proposals.

"Most companies have a proposal win rate of only 30 percent, and with the addition of document analytics, that percentage can be increased substantially," said Adam Metz, vice president of business development at PandaDoc, in a statement.

Document analytics can reveal the following items:

  • How long each viewer looked at each page of the sales proposal or quote;
  • Which members of the sales prospect's team are not looking at the document;
  • Which members of sales own company are not looking at documents sent; and
  • Who's looking but not signing and why.

Pipeliner has been actively pursuing integrations of its Pipeliner CRM product, and in July announced 30 new integrations.
