InvisibleCRM Launches New SalesDesktop Enterprise Product

InvisibleCRM next week will release SalesDesktop Enterprise, an integration tool bringing CRM data to Microsoft Outlook.

InvisibleCRM's SalesDesktop allows reps to log calls with just one click, email all contacts of an account or opportunity, and upload files associated to an email directly into Salesforce.com. Users can also create calendar invitations to all contacts within an account or opportunity directly in Outlook, which will automatically sync as events into salesforce.com.

Also included in this release is the capability to associate emails, tasks, and events to multiple records within salesforce.com. This will allow one email to be associated with more than one opportunity, account, or contact, including offline and online functionality as well as access to every Salesforce.com record in the CRM system. For SalesDesktop Enterprise, the solution is completely customizable to match the Salesforce.com environment, including any custom objects and fields.

"We listened to our customers, understood their needs, and have included the features that will have the greatest impact and increase selling time for all sales teams," said Vlad Voskresensky, CEO of InvisibleCRM, in a statement. "We see our customers leveraging this to increase the CRM return on investment and gain revenue."

The company in June released SalesDesktop for Office 365 and Outlook 2013.
