InvisibleCRM Launches SalesDesktop for Office 365 and Outlook 2013

invisibleCRM yesterday released SalesDesktop for Office 365 and Outlook 2013, an integration tool bringing CRM data into Microsoft Outlook.

This release introduces compatibility with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook 2013, and Windows 8 and 8.1. Users will continue to enjoy the productivity within Outlook while updating and maintaining their CRM data without toggling between applications. Companies can measure and retain the value of customer interactions within one application.

"Users gain greater control over their pipeline and moving opportunities to revenue," said Vlad Voskresensky, CEO of invisibleCRM, in a statement. "Executives gain greater visibility into key sales metrics and forecasts to make better business decisions."

Last year, invisibleCRM announced similar integrations with SAP applications.
