invisibleCRM yesterday released SalesDesktop for Office 365 and Outlook 2013, an integration tool bringing CRM data into Microsoft Outlook.
This release introduces compatibility with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook 2013, and Windows 8 and 8.1. Users will continue to enjoy the productivity within Outlook while updating and maintaining their CRM data without toggling between applications. Companies can measure and retain the value of customer interactions within one application.
