ClearSlide Updates ClearSlide for Outlook

ClearSlide has enhanced the ClearSlide for Outlook plug-in that automatically logs all outbound email, prospect responses, and content engagement directly back to Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.

ClearSlide for Outlook puts the key functionality of ClearSlide's ervice within the Outlook user interface, so salespeople can engage with customers and prospects directly from their inboxes

With the new version of ClearSlide for Outlook, sellers have access to contacts and opportunities from Salesforce.com and Dynamics and have customer-ready content at their fingertips. Sellers receive instant notifications when emails are opened and content is viewed, providing powerful insights into which clients are responding and where they are showing interest. Marketing can set approved email templates tailored by industry, by prospect interest, and by selling stage.

Users can also launch instant meetings from within Outlook to follow up with prospects and customers. Presenters have access to their entire content library, as well as screen-sharing capabilities and rich media within meetings. Participants join meetings simply by visiting a customized link—each ClearSlide user gets his own personal meeting URL.

Included in this version of ClearSlide for Outlook are improved administration settings and integration enhancements, including default settings for email and email templates, and a default CRM logging feature that allows automatic recording of all outbound emails, prospect views, and content engagement to Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.
