Apteligent Partners with Localytics

Apteligent, a provider of mobile app metrics, has integrated with Localytics to combine Apteligent's performance data with usage data from Localytics to provide insight into app usage events, customer drop-off, and performance issues.

"Since every crash, by definition, causes a drop in the funnel at that point, users immediately know which percentage of customers were lost to that event," said Greg Toto, senior vice president of engineering and products at Apteligent, in a statement. "Furthermore, you can prioritize the crash for a fix, which is why this integration is so crucial for Apteligent's customers. Now the marketing team has context into how users interact with an app, while app development and product managers earn even more insight. We’re very enthusiastic about how our partnership with Localytics will raise the game for many app developers."

The new partnership allows users to do the following:

  • Create segments of users who have poor app experiences;
  • Drive campaigns to target customers at risk of churning;
  • Evaluate how performance is impacting business metrics, like app usage, retention, and funnel conversion rates;
  • Track funnels to evaluate drop-offs as a result of events, like crashes; and
  • Review a full picture of the user experience and how it affects app KPIs.
