3CLogic Integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

3CLogic, a provider of cloud-based contact centers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), has integrated its technology with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The new partnership will provide businesses with a complete suite of inbound, outbound, and blended contact center solutions while simultaneously syncing operations and order management activities with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The latest integration will allow current and future Microsoft Dynamics clients to communicate with customers using 3CLogic's contact center offerings (including voice, email, chat, and text) while still enjoying Microsoft's CRM platform. Implementing 3CLogic and Microsoft Dynamics together, reps will be able to launch sales and marketing campaigns, access customer records, and keep track of sales and inventory with just one click using call center capabilities delivered in the cloud.

"As a major player within the CRM space, we are proud to have Microsoft as our latest strategic partner as we continue our collaborative approach to finding strong partners in each market segment," said Robert Killory, chief customer officer at 3CLogic, in a statement. "Our combined solutions simply make for a stronger value proposition to our mutual customer base and was a no-brainer."

3CLogic also previously integrated with Parature, a provider of cloud-based customer engagement solutions, before Microsoft acquired the company in early January.

Other previous integrations include SugarCRM, LeadMaster CRM, PowerNet Global, Lime Light CRM, and Zendesk.
