Stronghold Technologies
has introduced its Call Management Services to assist automotive dealers with phone-in prospects. The service complements Stronghold's DealerAdvance CRM solution, and will be offered as a new set of features to DealerAdvance customers. Stronghold also announced its collaboration with Callbright Corp. to allow dealerships that subscribe to toll-free numbers provided by Callbright to receive and track all incoming prospect calls through DealerAdvance.

(SPI) has launched five new sales development products, including opportunity selling, account selling, territory selling, marketing alignment, and solution selling sales management. They are "a fully integrated suite of offerings that guides a sales organization from the planning stage to both execution and implementation," says Tim Sullivan, senior vice president for marketing and development. The products are based on SPI's solution selling sales process, which has been employed by global companies like IBM, Merrill Lynch, and Microsoft.

The applications can be built from a Web browser and do not require the installation of server software or costs of traditional software development.
