Pipeliner CRM Launches Version 7.0

Pipeliner CRM today launched a new version of Pipeliner CRM software, adding several new features, including an architecture called 1-to-Many With Any.

This engineering, that enables customers to associate one contact to multiple accounts, means that users have context for today's complex relationships, as they evolve.

The new architecture supports adding Primary Contacts to Accounts and shows that designation's visual map of how opportunities fit together.

The new release includes many other new and updated features, including the following:

  • Product Catalog: Pipeliner CRM customers can apply discounts, taxes, and automatically calculate fields. The sales process is more intimately tied to workflow.
  • Pivot Tables: An advanced method for comparing data and sharpening insights across multiple data sets.
  • Social Profiling: Pipeliner CRM social media Search is now augmented via Google, and includes: automatic population of user social information such as location, Twitter account, or biographical data.
  • Notifications:: Users and admins can set email notifications across almost every Activity stream.

"The best CRM tools evolve to adapt to new internal processes, channels, and systems to put customers or prospect at the center," said Nikolaus Kimla, Pipeliner CRM's CEO, in a statement. "This streamlines the sales process because it supports an organization's network of accounts and contacts, which can be confusing when multiple contacts overlap accounts. With 1-to-Many With Any, Pipeliner CRM is addressing the complex, interconnected world we live in."

Pipeliner CRM last updated its Pipeliner CRM application in July. This update ofered many productivity and usability enhancements, including more functional calendar views, social media improvements, customization to lead scoring, and native integrations with Box and Gmail.

Prior to that, Pipeliner updated the solution in May, relaunching its Pipeliner CRM application with new tools for sales teams.
