Invoca Launches Data + AI Healthcare Solution
Invoca, a revenue execution systems provider, today released its data + AI solution for healthcare, integrating marketing campaigns, websites, artificial intelligence agents, and access centers into one system.
Invoca identifies specific points in the journey where prospective patients aren't getting the answers and care they need. Healthcare teams get a comprehensive view, from search and AI discovery to websites, forms, calls, and texts, to see where patients drop off, and then can deploy AI agents or adjust operations to ensure prompt responses and engagement. In addition, every appointment is measured back to the campaign that produced it, providing a holistic view of how marketing, AI agents, and patient access teams work together to bring in new patients.
With the new solution, healthcare organizations can do the following:
- Engage every patient with AI agents 24/7. HIPAA-compliant AI voice and messaging agents respond instantly to calls, texts, and web forms. They answer common questions, qualify new patients, and route clinical or complex conversations to staff with full context.
- Autonomously book appointments and update records. Agents book, reschedule, and cancel appointments autonomously in electronic health records, including Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen Office, and ModMed, as well as leading dental and dermatology practice management systems. They also create and update patient records and log interactions in CRMs such as Salesforce Health Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Pinpoint where patients drop off. Invoca shows where the patient journey breaks down, from unanswered after-hours calls to slow web form follow-up to abandoned online scheduling.
- Optimize the entire patient journey, from first click to booked appointment. Invoca ties every call, text, and form from search, AI discovery, social, and TV campaigns to the appointment it produced. De-identified results flow back to ad platforms including Google, Meta, Adobe Advertising, and The Trade Desk.
- Protect patient privacy. Invoca's BAA-supported platform automatically redacts sensitive information the moment it's shared.
"In healthcare, the moment a patient reaches out is the moment that matters most," said Gregg Johnson, CEO of Invoca, in a statement. "Most AI agents stop at answering basic questions. Invoca's agents go further, uniting AI with data that shows which marketing drove each conversation and which appointment it produced. That coordinated system is how providers grow revenue while expanding access to care."
