Melissa Brings Native Change-of-Address Updates to Salesforce

Melissa, a data quality and address management solutions provider, today released SmartMover, a U.S. and Canadian change of address processing tool built directly into Clean Suite for Salesforce.

The integration puts move updates inside the same Clean Suite that already verifies addresses, emails, and phone numbers and enriches incomplete records.

"Many Salesforce teams still treat change-of-address as an outside job. Export a list, send it to a vendor, re-import, and hope the record still matches," said John DeMatteo, solutions engineer at Melissa, in a statement. "Putting SmartMover inside Clean Suite closes the gap. Move updates land on records that are already verified and enriched, so the data stays mailable without extra tools or manual workarounds."
