In a category-defining move, Clari and Salesloft announced plans to merge a year ago and executed on that plan in December 2025, creating a revenue powerhouse that connects the full revenue life cycle, from pipeline creation to close, powered by shared data, unified artificial intelligence, and a single system of action.

Now operating as Clari + Salesloft from offices in Sunnyvale, Calif., and Atlanta, the combined company delivers among the industry’s most comprehensive revenue AI datasets, ingesting more than 10 billion revenue interactions and 1 trillion data signals.

Under new CEO Steve Cox, the company is doubling its research and development investment to accelerate AI innovation with the goal of advancing its Predictive Revenue System, providing full-funnel, multidimensional visibility across reps, regions, segments, product lines, motions, and more so both both humans and AI will gain the context needed to replay, interpret, and optimize every revenue moment.

Individually, Clari and Salesloft delivered a series of innovations foundational to building the Predictive Revenue System. Salesloft powered the top of the funnel with AI capabilities such as the Account Research Agent, Person Research Agent, and Ask Salesloft Agent. Clari extended that momentum through conversion and close, introducing Revenue Cadences, an AI Action Hub for Revenue Strategy, and several AI agent capabilities that automate deal health monitoring across the entire pipeline, enable proactive risk management, and detect pattern-based risks and opportunities.

Now as one entity, Clari + Salesloft has already been busy on the R&D and product innovation fronts, The company in April connected forecasting and pipeline insights to execution and launched a model context protocol (MCP) server to deliver connected revenue intelligence, including pipeline movement, deal activity, and customer interactions, at every layer and across AI tools like Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Salesforce Agentforce.

Just three months later, Clari + Salesloft expanded its MCP server, creating a single revenue intelligence and context layer upon which AI agents build.

The expansion covers the Clari + Salesloft platform, connecting execution data, conversation intelligence, and forecasting signals across the revenue life cycle, giving AI agents the full revenue story.

Also in July, Clari + Salesloft launched Salesloft Conversation Intelligence to help revenue teams capture, act on, and learn from buyer signals.

Salesloft Conversation Intelligence triggers next best actions, feeds agents, and sharpens the forecast in real time. It brings those signals directly into the workflows where teams prospect, manage pipeline, and act on opportunities. A competitive mention, sentiment shift, or follow-up step does not sit in a dashboard but is part of a live signal layer within the revenue system that’s dynamic and adaptive.

Salesloft Conversation Intelligence automatically identifies trending topics and deal signals across sales teams’ full call libraries, giving managers pattern-level insight across hundreds of calls at once. It also provides mobile in-person recording, call scoring, and the ability for teams to ask questions across their call histories, identify patterns such as recurring objections, and receive synthesized answers in seconds.

Clari + Salesloft in the past few months also partnered with both Vidyard and 1mind. The Vidyard partnership embeds AI-powered video and buyer engagement signals into revenue workflows, and the collaboration with 1mind brings together Clari + Salesloft’s Predictive Revenue System with 1mind’s Superhumans and AI signals to unify AI engagement, human follow-up, and revenue forecasting.

“We made a bet that the future of revenue belongs to teams who can turn intelligence into execution in real time,” Cox, the CEO, said in a statement, noting that the bet is “paying off.”

“The limiting factor in revenue AI is no longer vendor technology. It’s your team’s imagination,” added Kylie Fuentes, chief product officer of Clari + Salesloft, in a statement. “The value of AI in revenue comes down to the quality of the data behind it. Clari + Salesloft sits on the most complete revenue dataset in the market—execution, conversations, and forecasting, and no one else can assemble it.”
