Merkle Launches CRM 4.0
Performance marketing agency Merkle today launched CRM 4.0, a Salesforce.com Fullforce solution for marketers and commerce pros.
Merkle CRM 4.0 combines Merkle's data and services with Salesforce.com. The new solution enables identity resolution and predictive consumer engagement across channels. It integrates with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
