The 2009 CRM Market Awards: The 2009 Elite

Article Featured Image

It’s no surprise that we like to praise successful CRM implementations—but each year around this time, we try to draw attention to a select few. Metrics always make nice bullet points—and we’ve certainly included some here—but the best part of a winning CRM project is how it enables a company to connect with its customers, and how those customers are better off as a result. As always, we’ve winnowed down the nominees to a select few, and this year’s quartet runs the gamut of the CRM world: enterprise-level and midmarket, marketing and sales—these are CRM initiatives that worked, and are still working, continuing to provide value to users wise enough to commit to them.

The following organizations (shown with their respective CRM implementation categories) comprise this year's CRM Elite:

ISS Belgium - Sales Force Automation

NBC Universal - Enterprise Suite CRM

ShipServ - Sales Force Automation

Wrigleyville Sports - Midmarket Suite CRM
