TrustSphere Launches Messaging Intelligence for Salesforce on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange
TrustSphere, a provider of messaging intelligence solutions, has launched Messaging Intelligence for Salesforce on the Salesforce AppExchange. The application bridges the gap between interactions that happen in email and those recorded in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for customers and sales teams.
"Communication is at the heart of the sales process, particularly in the business-to-business sales environment. It is well known that typically less than ten percent of all actual interactions with customers and prospects are ever recorded in today's CRM systems. Our Messaging Intelligence for Salesforce application enables clients to leverage this previously unrecorded intelligence, which otherwise lies latent within their communications infrastructure, to improve the effectiveness of their sales organizations," said Manish Goel, CEO of TrustSphere, in a statement. "Analyzing the actual cadence of communication activity between sales teams and their customers and prospects without compromising individual privacy is a fine balance, however when done correctly provides clients with powerful insights which enhance real-time decision making."
"Companies are looking to transform the way they connect with customers, partners, and employees to thrive in the social and mobile era," said Leyla Seka, vice president of AppExchange and partner operations at salesforce.com. "By leveraging the power of the Salesforce platform, TrustSphere provides customers with the vital customer relationship analytic capabilities needed to help improve sales operations and accelerate business success."
