Sprinklr Partners with Microsoft

Sprinklr, a provider of social media management solutions, is extending its platform to the Microsoft Azure cloud environment and will begin working with Microsoft to integrate its experience management platform into Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Office 365.

Together, Microsoft and Sprinklr plan to introduce a solution, hosted on Azure, to streamline business processes across sales, marketing, and customer service.

"Our vision for a solution of this kind is to deliver actionable insights from unstructured social data along with other enterprise data sources and systems of record, so every department, from marketing to sales to customer service, can see and engage customers not as disjointed data points, but as people," Allison Watson, corporate vice president of U.S. marketing and operations at Microsoft, wrote in a blog post. "Sprinklr helps enterprises create and cultivate customer relationships at scale by enabling more intuitive, consistent, and personalized experiences at every digital touchpoint. Together, we see great possibilities to unlock new opportunities for our mutual customers."

Once the integrations are complete, joint Microsoft and Sprinklr customers will have complete access to the following:

  • Leading developer tools. Azure's development capabilities will enable Sprinklr to move even faster with future platform enhancements and integrations.
  • Intelligent cloud. Sprinklr will leverage Azure's elastic search capabilities and advanced compute modules, including key elements of its reporting product and user interface.
  • Massive global scale for new joint Sprinklr and Azure customers. Azure has 32 regions globally with 24 regions currently generally available.
  • Trusted and secure platform. Azure has 37 major certifications and attestations.

"This is just the beginning," Watson added. "We're thrilled about what this collaboration means for our customers and, ultimately, their customers."

"With Microsoft, we'll be able to bring our technology to its client base and an even larger group of companies ready to take the next step toward becoming customer-first," Sprinklr's president and chief operations officer, Carlos Dominguez, wrote in a blog post. "With Microsoft, we'll be able to help enterprises drive more intelligent, efficient, and collaborative operations between marketing, sales, and customer service teams, whether they're interacting on social or using those insights to inform other digital or offline interactions."

Sprinklr already this year signed key integrations with IBM Marketing Cloud  and SAP hybris. Other partnerships have included Pinterest, Instagram, Shutterstock, and Yelp.
