Former Salesforce.com Exec Joins Parature to Lead Growth and Expansion Plans
Parature, a cloud-based customer service software, announced today the appointment of Mike Minelli as chief revenue officer and executive vice president. Minelli has 20 years of mid-market software experience and more than 10 years experience within cloud computing and software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery models. Minelli will lead all sales, service, and support operations for the company.

Minelli served as a senior sales executive at Salesforce.com and also held executive sales positions at Covisint, Everdream (acquired by Dell), Opsware (formerly Loudcloud, and later acquired by Hewlett Packard), Epiphany, Netscape, and Lotus Development.
