Datix and Scribe Partner to Extend Value of Epicor ERP and CRM

Datix, an ERP software solutions specialist, and Scribe Software, the provider of a cloud and on-premises CRM data integration platform, announced a new partnership that will empower Epicor 9 customers with unprecedented access to mission-critical data.

The new connector links Epicor's ERP data with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com.

"Our new partnership with Scribe enables our [Epicor] customers to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com, which makes them more nimble and responsive to their end customers," said Bryan Sapot, CEO of Datix, in a statement. "IT agility and symmetry between internal and external systems, such as ERP and CRM, powered by seamless data integration, is key to running a successful business today. Access to critical customer data online and via mobile is becoming the standard, and Scribe equips Datix to provide such varied data access and reporting, bridging on-premise and cloud environments."

Datix chose Scribe over other data integration platform providers because of Scribe's leadership in CRM data integration for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, and its deep expertise in integrating with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM systems.

"Datix is widely considered the industry's Epicor ERP software reseller of choice," said Peter Chase, founder and executive vice president at Scribe Software, in the statement. "We are thrilled to be working with them to help their Epicor 9 customers streamline their business processes and increase efficiency and productivity."
