Vembu Offers Free Unified CRM Cloud for SMBs

Vembu Technologies, a provider of software and cloud services for small and midsized businesses, launched its unified CRM Cloud solution for free for an unlimited number of users.

Vembu CRM includes SalesDesk, HelpDesk, and SocialDesk.

SalesDesk offers an intuitive dashboard, forecasting options, smart dashboards, salesforce automation, and lead management, lead nurturing, lead conversion, and sales capturing.

HelpDesk allows agents to respond to customers quicker through their devices. Features include ticket management, priority support, and systematic ticket escalations. Service level agreements are set to measure the organization's performance through multiple automated reports.

In addition, Vembu CRM includes-SocialDesk, which offers a centralized space to toggle between the social networks with which marketing managers plan their campaigns. Multiple social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, can also be integrated. With the help of a singular dashboard, responses to business followers and customers can be done via SocialDesk.

Vembu also support native Android and iOS apps to allow support agents to manage customer support tickets even as they come in from anywhere, anytime.
