TinderBox Brings New Productivity Solutions to Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace

Sales automation software company TinderBox today announced a new product integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This integration offers businesses a comprehensive solution for Microsoft Dynamics, enabling customers to build sales processes.

TinderBox is Web-based software that enables its users to leverage their data to generate consistent, trackable sales documents. The solution streamlines the sales process from start to finish, helping sales and marketing teams build and deliver relevant sales content and documents.

While the TinderBox software can operate independently from CRM solutions, the new integration gives thousands of businesses in the Microsoft Dynamics marketplace a solution that automates document generation, sales workflow, and transaction processes.

"Our integration provides Microsoft Dynamics users with new capabilities, a unique interface, and flexibility that's never been experienced in this ecosystem," said Dustin Sapp, CEO and co-founder of TinderBox, in a statement. "Our goal is to make the lives of sales teams easier. With these features, salespeople can concentrate on customers instead of paperwork, and managers gain more visibility than ever before."

Recipients can accept or decline documents electronically, while document tracking and analytics allow salespeople to track who views and shares the documents they send. With the TinderBox integration, Microsoft Dynamics users can access content from anywhere, collaborate with colleagues and customers, and control access to content and documents. TinderBox's integrations with top CRM solutions now allows businesses to use their data to quickly create accurate, data-driven documents when customers need it.

Businesses currently using TinderBox anticipate being able to generate documents and access content more quickly and easily.

"TinderBox has been instrumental in helping our sales team save time on creating proposals and business communications and maintaining brand consistency," said Lynette Thomas, Salesforce.com and business systems manager at Dominion Dealer Solutions. "The Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration will give us the ability to seamlessly integrate our proposals with Microsoft CRM data and deliver targeted content to our prospects and customers."
