Telmetrics Integrates with DoubleClick for Lead Generation
Call analytics and attribution technology provider Telmetrics has announced an integration with DoubleClick that enables Telmetrics to push paid search call response data directly to the DoubleClick bid management platform for a view of online-offline lead generation results.
The integration extends Telmetrics' suite of call attribution products and collaborations with bid management solutions. Telmetrics' clients can now seamlessly integrate their offline call activity into the DoubleClick Search campaign manager to provide a more complete picture of overall online campaign performance.
With the Telmetrics-DoubleClick Search integration, search agencies and solution providers can identify the campaigns that are yielding higher call volumes and view offline and online lead generation activity in a single location. Agencies and providers can now track unanswered and answered calls for insight into the operational impacts on campaign performance, and use customized call match periods (timing in which a call is tied to a session) for enhanced conversion definition.
"Marrying call data with SEM click-based metrics in one cohesive dashboard helps drive home the value of online-driven call activity," said Bill Dinan, president of Telmetrics, in a statement. "As calls are a key lead generation metric for paid search, attributing calls in the bid management platform helps advertisers optimize their ad buys and enable full cross-channel attribution."
This latest partnership comes less than two weeks after Telmetics announced a similar deal with SproutLoud.
