Synthesio Introduces Instant Insights

Social media mornitoring and intelligence provider Synthesio has released Instant Insights, a reporting and alerts system that enables social media marketing professionals to keep their organizations on top of business-critical events as they occur, with social insights and intelligent reports delivered in real time.

"Our new system moves beyond alerting, to delivery of instant social insights, keeping you ahead of trends and ready to take action," said Leah Pope, Synthesio's chief marketing officer, in a statement. "Instant Insights surface and distributes critical brand and campaign data on social in real time for smarter decision making throughout the business. Social insights are now automated, real time and easy to share."

Instant Insights will primarily enable businesses to share key social insights throughout the organization and drive notifications for breaking trends and events as they occur. Instant Insights delivers automated reports on either a scheduled or event-triggered basis, with rich information to provide context and easily drill-down into the details of what's happening.  Social insights reports include data points like most influential pieces of content, share of voice and changes in sentiment or perception.

Instant Insights offers a variety of formats and templates for the delivery, each with a unique set of KPIs and structures.

Instant Insights is our next step in making social not only powerful, but simple," explained Matthew Zito, chief strategy officer at Synthesio, in a statement. In addition, Instant Insights is integrated with our filters, so you can narrow the focus down to specific countries, sources, languages and even track individual influencers.
