SoGoSurvey Updates Mobile App

SoGoSurvey has released an upgraded mobile app that links both the mobile app and web versions of its online survey platform.

The enhanced SoGoSurvey Mobile App allows for numerous applications and automations. For example: A maintenance team can be instantly alerted when a new maintenance request is submitted. Once the task is finished, the maintenance crew can trigger a survey invitation to the party that requested maintenance. All of the data can be tracked and analyzed in real time. The same flow could be applied in property management, health care, support services, IT, or any industry that relies on a quick and timely response.

"We've been excited to roll this out for some time," said SoGoSurvey's chief marketing officer, Haris Azmi, in a statement. "Our goal to make data collection as automated as possible is greatly improved by the enhanced mobile app. With our ability to integrate completely with Salesforce and other software, we can start to collect quality feedback with minimum effort."

This latest version is available for Android and iOS and builds on earlier releases, including distribution options integrated with users' own contacts and preferred channels, like Whatsapp, Slack, Gmail, and more. The app helps users create surveys, collect answers, and check out results without ever switching over to a desktop. It also includes new visual customization options and expanded question types. Once responses come in, they can be viewed in the app and also analyzed in the web-based platform for detailed insight and analysis.

"We've gotten great feedback on the app," Azmi said. "Our users want everything right in their own hands, no matter where they are, and we're hearing plenty of great stories about how they're putting it to use."
