SmartTouch Interactive to Release Real Estate CRM and Email Marketing Software

SmartTouch Interactive, an interactive real estate marketing agency and real estate marketing automation and home builder CRM software development company, will release the next generation of its CRM and email marketing software next week.

The most visible change to SmartTouch CRM is a new interface, modeled after popular social networking sites.

Behind the simple layout and interface is a powerful engine that drives lead generation, lead nurturing and marketing automation.

The new graphical interface makes it possible for real estate professionals to get the entire prospect story at a glance: where they originated, how often they've visited the Web site, and specific areas of interest. In addition, SmartTouch CRM features robust, customizable graphical reporting capabilities, empowering sales and marketing teams to determine what's working and what needs to be changed.

SmartTouch also offers an email marketing automation platform that integrates with SmartTouch CRM. Prospect inquiries are acknowledged immediately. Every action a prospect takes after receiving an email is automatically uploaded into the SmartTouch CRM system. Each prospect is automatically nurtured through the buying process, and the sales team is alerted when the prospect is ready to buy. Email campaign creation is done with a drag-and-drop interface.
