Sitecore Updates Product Suite Following Recent Acquisitions
Sitecore, a provider of end-to-end digital experience software, has fully integrated the core products from its acquisitions ofBoxever, Four51, Moosend, and Reflektion into its Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
These additions have been fundamental to expanding Sitecore's cloud-based composable DXP that empowers companies to provide real-time, personalized digital experiences across every touchpoint, from content to commerce.
The acquisition of Four51 led to the creation of Sitecore Order Cloud. The acqisition of Moosend, a marketing automation and campaign management platform provider, is influencing Sitecore Send. Reflektion, the AI-powered digital search platform that understands and predicts individual shoppers' purchase intent based on patterns, context, and needs, is being rolled into Sitecore Discover. The deal involving Boxever, a cloud-based Customer Data Platform (CDP) provider, is fueling Sitecore Personalize.
These acquisitions have enabled the following product innovations:
- Sitecore OrderCloud expanded its marketplace support capabilities with additional order routing flexibility, supplier empowerment, and pricing flexibility. A new Inventory Records feature provides inventory management flexibility.
- Sitecore Send revamped its platform with an improved design and more efficient user experience. The platform also now supports six additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Greek, Japanese, and Portuguese).
- Sitecore Discover has now enhanced its Commerce Engagement Console (CEC) with a revamped appearance library and editor. It also improved its widgets with type filters and rule exports.
- Sitecore Personalize completed its integration with Sitecore Experience Manager. It now offers a channel diagnostic testing and real-time personalization capability that complements Sitecore's CMS and is delivered in the cloud.
Sitecore also published new connectors to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, and Klaviyo on the Sitecore Marketplace and added AI-powered product discovery capabilities to support a broad range of commerce-related use cases, including intelligent search, product listing pages, and product recommendations.
