Pipeliner Integrates with Magento

Pipeliner CRM has integrated with Magento, enabling sales on Magento to be visible in the sales pipeline for users of both services.

Magento is an eCommerce platform that gives customers the tools to set up an online store. With Magento, customers can create their own Web sites, track inventory, manage resources, and grow their businesses.

The integration between the two services was written by OpsWay, a full-service integrator specializing in the Magento eCommerce platform. "We wrote this integration to improve efficiency of businesses with this absolutely free add-on," said Andriy Samilyak, CEO of OpsWay, in a statement. "Now customers can not only enjoy the smooth work of their Magento Web site but also manage present and future customer activities in a best-of-breed tool like Pipeliner CRM."

Through the integration, product and order data automatically appear and bi-directionally sync with Pipeliner CRM. New and updated contact information synchronizes between systems. The system automatically synchronizes every 10 minutes.

"Now, with the Pipeliner CRM integration, every sale on Magento is visible in the sales pipeline," said Todd Martin, vice president of global ISV and partner alliances at Pipeliner CRM, in a statement. "Magento keeps Pipeliner CRM updated about any new Web site purchases, and contact information entered into Pipeliner CRM is reflected in the Magento system."
