Pegasystems Integrates with DocuSign
Pegasystems and DocuSign today announced a technology partnership that will integrate DocuSign's eSignature and DTM platform with Pegasystems' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and platform.
Now Pegasystems customers can deploy DocuSign's eSignature and DTM technology to capture decisions, approvals, and signatures 100 percent digitally within all Pegasystems applications as well as any custom application built on the Pega 7 platform.
The integration of DocuSign into Pegasystems applications will immediately benefit Pegasystems' clients across industries by reducing the tedium of signing and processing critical documents such as the following:
- Insurance policy applications and claims forms;
- Healthcare claims and HIPAA paperwork;
- Financial services onboarding documents and loan applications; and
- Telecommunications service installations and product upgrade approvals.
