Medallia Acquires CXTeam

Medallia, a customer and employee experience solutions provider, has acquired CXTeam, a customer experience consulting firm headquartered in Mexico with customers throughout Latin America. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

A long-time Medallia partner, CXTeam has led hundreds of implementations of Medallia across the Americas.
