LiveHive Launches Insights 2.0 with Predictive Prospect Opportunity Ranking

LiveHive today launched Insights 2.0, a new sales acceleration solution that provides sales professionals with detailed, real-time information on which communications are working with prospects and which ones aren't.

The move comes just three months after the company released an analytics-driven sales engagement platform.

LiveHive's sales acceleration platform gives sales professionals the power to drive and track their own email campaigns; track who views and shares what information, when and from where; and evaluate their methods and adjust techniques according to real-time feedback from prospect engagement.

New to LiveHive Insights 2.0 are the following features:

  • Opportunity Ranking, a predictive benchmarking tool that ranks leads based on their analyzed engagement activity. The feature assesses prospect behavior and shows sales professionals who is most likely to buy based on their interactions, helping a sales person follow the right lead.
  • Sales Coverage insights, which creates maps that show which prospects are engaging, where, and from which social networks, links, or email addresses.
  • PowerPoint insights, which allows sales professionals to drag and drop PowerPoint presentations into LiveHive, share them with prospects, and immediately see which slides have been viewed and for how long.
