LiveHive Integrates with Salesforce CRM

LiveHive has integrated its Insights sales acceleration solution, complete with prospect engagement analytics and sales insights, with Salesforce.com's CRM solution.

The LiveHive app can be found within the Salesforce AppExchange, the marketplace of Salesforce's business applications and consulting partners. Once added, the service can be accessed via an in-app tab or within the opportunities section of Salesforce.

Sales professionals can use LiveHive to share, track, and organize all of their sales content in one place. With LiveHive, users can see who viewed what information from where and when. LiveHive also provides sales professionals insight into who their hottest leads are and if prospects have shared sales materials with others.

LiveHive provides Salesforce users with the following:

  • Unlimited tracking events;
  • Unlimited prospects or viewers;
  • LiveHive insights to see who viewed what, when, and where;
  • Social selling and tracking the origination of prospects;
  • Sales collaboration in private spaces with a live activity stream, discussions, and profiles; and
  • PowerPoint tracking to identify which slides were viewed by prospects and for how long.

"LiveHive's integration with Salesforce provides sales professionals with the best tools on the market to track and engage with prospects," said LauraLee Lilyquist, vice president of marketing at LiveHive, in a statement. "Sales teams can associate LiveHive workspaces with each opportunity within Salesforce, allowing for seamless collaboration and easy access to sales progress even if a team member doesn't have their own Salesforce account."

A LiveHive 30-day free trial with all features for an unlimited number of users is available to any business. LiveHive also offers three levels of paid plans: $35 per month for a single user, $125 per month for up to five users, and $495 per month for up to 25 users.
