InvisibleCRM launches SalesLifeline

InvisibleCRM this week introduced SalesLifeline, a Salesforce.com solution that provides access to an enhanced Microsoft Outlook Web client in the Salesforce.com interface and injects Microsoft Exchange access from within individual Salesforce.com forms, like Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.

SalesLifeline enables users to access Outlook and Exchange directly from their Salesforce.com environment. With SalesLifeline they can now manage the pulse of their sales success Communications. The iCRM-Mail tab lets users leverage the interface of an enhanced Outlook client. Users can see all of the CRM data, relationships, and updates related to selected emails and have one-click access to the corresponding native Salesforce.com forms.

"Some of our clients have made tremendous investments in customizing their Salesforce.com environment and want this to be the main portal for sales teams," said Vlad Voskresensky, CEO of invisibleCRM, in a statement. "By infusing Exchange and Outlook directly into this portal, incredible amounts of time and money can be saved while integrating client communications easily."
