GetFeedback Extends Salesforce Health Cloud With Surveys and Forms

GetFeedback, a provider of online survey and forms applications, is extending the capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud with integrated, mobile-ready surveys and forms that enable healthcare organizations to collect patient feedback.

GetFeedback has also joined the Salesforce.com ecosystem as a Health Cloud launch partner.

"We built the most user-friendly online survey and forms software on the Salesforce Platform," said Sean Whiteley, general manager of GetFeedback, in a statement. "As a Salesforce Health Cloud launch partner, GetFeedback provides a simple and powerful way to incorporate patient feedback at every step of care, revolutionizing the provider and patient relationship."

The GetFeedback platform offers the following:

  • Integration with Salesforce.com: Healthcare organizations can add responsive surveys and forms to Salesforce Health Cloud and track responses in Salesforce.com records. GetFeedback's visual data mapper helps companies update existing records, log activities, and create new records or custom objects.
  • Works with every smartphone, tablet, and desktop: More than 50 percent of surveys are opened on mobile devices. With GetFeedback, every healthcare organization can now send surveys to patients with confidence that they'll display beautifully on any device.
  • Analytics and results in real time: Healthcare organizations can review patient feedback in a visual summary report, detail report, and XLS/CSV export, or directly in Health Cloud.

"We live in the age of the customer, and patients now expect personalized and engaging experiences with their healthcare providers," said Joshua Newman, chief medical officer and general manager of Salesforce Healthcare and Life Sciences, in a statement. "Health Cloud is all about building stronger patient relationships, and GetFeedback is a valuable part of our journey towards creating a modern healthcare platform for patients, doctors, and everyone else involved in care."
