GReminders Launches MCP Server

GReminders, providers of a meeting management platform for financial advisors and professional services, has released a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, now available in the Claude Directory and compatible across major artificial intelligenceI platforms, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

GReminders serves as an operational hub powering the full meeting lifecycle, including AI pre-meeting briefs, calendar management, and post-meeting follow-ups. GReminders also acts as a data proxy across advisors' tech stacks, orchestrating deep plumbing between calendar tools and CRMs such as Wealthbox, Redtail, PreciseFP, and Salesforce.

Key workflows powered by the GReminders MCP server include the following:

  • End-to-end meeting operations, generating pre-meeting briefs, pulling call summaries, and drafting post-meeting client follow-ups directly within AI prompts.
  • Accurate household proxy pata, querying calendar availability and scheduling links tied to properly mapped CRM contacts, household roles, and activity records.
  • Automated workflow execution to trigger downstream CRM tasks, notes, and activity templates directly from AI conversations.

"Advisors don't just need AI reasoning; they need AI connected to clean, operational client data," said Arnulf Hsu, CEO of GReminders, in a statement. "GReminders acts as the operational engine for meeting management and the bridge between disparate advisor systems. By adopting the open MCP standard, advisors can interact with their complete meeting workflow and accurately mapped household data across the AI tools they use every day, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot."
