DeepTarget Introduces Spring 2022 Release of Digital Experience Platform

DeepTarget, a provider of data mining and business intelligence solutions for targeted communications across digital channels for banks and credit unions, added improved multimedia effects in 3D StoryTeller and the ability to export targeted audiences for use in new or separate communications channels as part of the Spring 2022 release of its Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

3D StoryTeller, which unites consumer intelligence with a user experience to deliver customized and personalized offers to banking consumers, now has automated rotation, background color enhancements, entrance zoom, and a new ability to adjust these settings. Meaningful messages are prioritized, inventoried, and delivered in an immersive 3D format . Customers can also skip to content that interests them.

DXP users can export the audience list that is a result of selected targeted campaigns for use in other third-party applications, such as email marketing, or for powering their onboarding initiatives. The audience export facilitates the creation of lists from any targeting method, including artificial intelligence-based predictive campaigns. For onboarding, DXP's rule-based campaigns allow users to export the audience and then use this list to, for example, send out welcome emails that include recommendations on setting up services.

Other new features in this release include an upgraded smart print channel with print preview and print scheduling automation capabilities.
