DataGroomr Introduces AI Agent for Salesforce

DataGroomr today released DataGroomr AI Agent, a conversational agent that helps Salesforce teams understand, improve, and manage CRM data quality using natural language, investigate data issues, configure DataGroomr, take action on data, and automate data quality processes .

With the DataGroomr AI Agent, Salesforce teams can do the following:

  • Analyze and diagnose data health, duplicate rates, field quality, matching behavior, and other data quality issues.
  • Design and configure matching models, data quality models, survivorship and transformation rules, and enrichment and verification workflows.
  • Take action and automate by merging duplicate records with user confirmation, scheduling deduplication and cleansing processes, and creating real-time data quality triggers.
  • Explore and report by querying Salesforce data, reviewing activity and merge history, and tracking verification credit usage.
  • Ask questions and get recommendations about DataGroomr capabilities and the next steps for achieving specific data quality goals.

The Agent is context-aware, allowing it to understand where users work within DataGroomr and apply that context throughout conversations. Smart type-ahead helps users discover available capabilities, searchable chat history lets userscontinue previous conversations, and voice interaction provides another way to work with the agent.

"AI shouldn't just help organizations do more with their Salesforce data. It should make it easier for the people responsible for that data to understand what is happening, decide what needs to be done, and take action," said Steve Pogrebivsky, CEO of DataGroomr, in a statement. "With the DataGroomr AI Agent, users can tell us what they want to understand or accomplish and work with the platform conversationally. It brings the expertise and capabilities of DataGroomr directly into the context of their work."
