CallTrackingMetrics Integrates with Google AdWords

CallTrackingMetrics has announced a new integration with Google AdWords that enables marketers to attribute phone calls back to Google AdWords call extensions and call-only ads with campaign data down to the keyword level.

CallTrackingMetrics' new integration uses Google's call forwarding numbers and CallTrackingMetrics' tracking numbers, allowing the two systems to sync and capture data that was never available before. This advanced technology can capture the campaign, ad group, and keyword searched for phone calls through call extension and call-only ads. Now, because there is campaign data associated with the phone calls, they can be attributed as call conversions in AdWords, down to the keyword searched.

CallTrackingMetrics CEO Todd Fisher calls the integration "finally filing in the missing piece of the puzzle in optimizing AdWords campaigns. Some of our customers see as much as 50 percent of their call traffic coming through call extension and call-only ads, so being able to map calls back to the exact ad and keyword is going to provide them with the information they need to truly understand what's working."
