CallFire Partners with Smart Advocate to Provide Text Messaging to Lawyers

CallFire, providers of a cloud-based text and voice platform for customer engagement, has partnered with Smart Advocate, a case management software program designed for personal injury and mass tort law firms. The integration allows law firms leveraging SmartAdvocate to implement  texting solutions for client contact.

"We're excited to combine our powerful texting solution with SmartAdvocate's comprehensive personal injury case management software," said Brooke Temple, senior vice president of strategic partnerships at CallFire, in a statement. "The integration will benefit many firms who use SmartAdvocate's platform for efficient, streamlined client communications. It also demonstrates the versatility of text messaging across a wide variety of industries."

Law firms using SmartAdvocate's software can now reach clients via text messaging to provide case information, personal notifications, status updates, and more. Through the partnership, law firms can track all client communications, such as SMS, emails, correspondence, etc., in one place.

"The addition of CallFire's texting capabilities is a huge benefit to our clients and is the next step in providing law firms with the best customer relationship services possible," said Igor Selizhuk, chief technology officer at SmartAdvocate, in a statement. "It allows lawyers to contact clients with important notifications through their cell phones, the preferred method of communication for many consumers, and will help firms cut down on costs as well."
