Brandessence Market Research and Consulting valued the global CRM software market at $44.57 billion in 2021 and expects it to reach $100.63 billion by 2028, growing at a compound annual rate of 12.34 percent.

The report says the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, which has been a bane for many businesses, has been a boon for the CRM market. Because of social distancing, a lot of organizations adopted the work-from-home model for employees, which led to a shift of all marketing and sales activities to online operations.

It identified Microsoft, SugarCRM, Zoho, Insightly, Copper, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and Adobe as the prominent vendors in the CRM software market.
